How to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your account at quantlens.io/workspace/
2. Go to Account Settings → Privacy
3. Click "Delete Account" and confirm the request

Alternatively, email hello@quantlens.io with the subject "Delete my account" and we will process your request within 5 business days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, and OAuth tokens (Google / Facebook)
• All saved strategies, backtest results, and workspace data
• Subscription and billing history (where not required by law)

Important Notes

• Irreversible: deletion is permanent — we cannot recover your data once the process is complete.
• Active subscription: cancel your subscription before requesting deletion to avoid future charges.
• Backups & logs: certain data may be retained for a limited time in system backups or logs as required for legal compliance, but will not be used for any active processing.
